Wave of chaos in a spatial eco-epidemiological system: Generating realistic patterns of patchiness in rabbit-lynx dynamics.

چکیده
In the present paper, we propose and analyze an eco-epidemiological model with diffusion to study the dynamics of rabbit populations which are consumed by lynx populations. Existence, boundedness, stability and bifurcation analyses of solutions for the proposed rabbit-lynx model are performed. Results show that in the presence of diffusion the model has the potential of exhibiting Turing instability. Numerical results (finite difference and finite element methods) reveal the existence of the wave of chaos and this appears to be a dominant mode of disease dispersal. We also show the mechanism of spatiotemporal pattern formation resulting from the Hopf bifurcation analysis, which can be a potential candidate for understanding the complex spatiotemporal dynamics of eco-epidemiological systems. Implications of the asymptotic transmission rate on disease eradication among rabbit population which in turn enhances the survival of Iberian lynx are discussed.

Chaos and phase Synchronization in Ecological Systems
An ecological population model is presented for the purposes of exploring complex synchronization phenomena in biological systems. The model describes a three level predator–prey– resource system which oscillates with Uniform Phase evolution, yet has Chaotic Abundance levels or Amplitudes (UPCA). We investigate the phase synchronization of two nonidentical diffusively coupled phase coherent mod...
متن کاملThe Deterministic Generation of Extreme Surface Water Waves Based on Soliton on Finite Background in Laboratory
This paper aims to describe a deterministic generation of extreme waves in a typical towing tank. Such a generation involves an input signal to be provided at the wave maker in such a way that at a certain position in the wave tank, say at a position of a tested object, a large amplitude wave emerges. For the purpose, we consider a model called a spatial-NLS describing the spatial propagation o...
متن کاملCONTROL OF CHAOS IN A DRIVEN NON LINEAR DYNAMICAL SYSTEM
We present a numerical study of a one-dimensional version of the Burridge-Knopoff model [16] of N-site chain of spring-blocks with stick-slip dynamics. Our numerical analysis and computer simulations lead to a set of different results corresponding to different boundary conditions. It is shown that we can convert a chaotic behaviour system to a highly ordered and periodic behaviour by making on...
متن کاملDesign and Simulation of Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference Based Controller for Chaotic Lorenz System
Chaos is a nonlinear behavior that shows chaotic and irregular responses to internal and external stimuli in dynamic systems. This behavior usually appears in systems that are highly sensitive to initial condition. In these systems, stabilization is a highly considerable tool for eliminating aberrant behaviors. In this paper, the problem of stabilization and tracking the chaos are investigated....

The important and hazardous of the rescue mission in oceans and seas, autonomous vessels now are one of the most appropriate applications among others. Due to safety, reliability, and accessibility of smart, Autonomous and Cooperative vessels today has attracted much attention from the industry. Regard to the complication of the mono vessel for different objects, the multi- agent system was pro...
